Page 4 of the new form is also showing correct fee for Main applicant and 3 dependants which is £ 3444. However there is a small mistake in the table on page 2, where it says £ 3344 for Main Applicant + 3 Dependants. I think it’s just a typo as it should say £ 3444. (1377 + 689 + 689 + 689). Thanks...

Selva: This looks like the new form with updated fees. The fee for PEO main applicant in old was £ 1350 and this new form is showing £ 1377 which is correct.
