Hiya Powerant, yes, i was referring to the code for the job title. and you are correct the employer only has to become registered (if they are not already) if the work permit holder is applying to extend their work permit, in which case the applicant would be switching to the current tier 1 or 2 poi...

Baldude - in my case it would be company Z that had made the alteration to their name. Would this make it a different case i wonder...

I will ask HR to add a line in the letter explaining their name change.

Earlier this year my employer changed its name from X Home Group to X Home Association. We also have a new logo but apart from those two things everything is the same.
