What exactly do you mean by a hole, like a gap in transactions. As long as the balance does not drop below your required amount of funds during the 28 day period you are good.

i think you get 28 days after you recieve the refusal letter to either leave the countryor make a new application or make an appeal,

i would suggest keep maintaining the funds and then apply again after 20 days.

if you look at the 320 7(B)(b) it says "breaching a condition attached to his leave",

by overstaying have i also breached a condition attached to my leave or this point refers to the remarks given on the visa like work not allowed no recourse to public funds or something like that
