Hi Friends,

I am little confused about eligibility date, my PR says Date of issue : 21-03-2017
however , I received my BRP after 2 days so please confirm by when I get eligible to apply for Citizenship

A - 22nd March 2018
OR
B - 25th March 2018

Salary reviewed after ILR application

Hi,

I applied for ILR by post in Nov 2016 as Tier 2 G. Now I have increase in salary after annual review.

Shall I update HomeOffice for this?
(New salary will be credit by end of jan)

Does sponsor need to update SMS records?

I submitted original degree certificate and 2 letters from Naric. One for degree compatability and the other one for degree taught is english language. If you apply for ILR with a B1 level English test, you don't require a NARIC ELA for your degree . You do however, also need the Life in the UK test. For Tier 2 you don't need to fill any details in the Tier 1 section. If you are using your abroad qualification for the English language then you need to apply for NARIC service. Thanks for response.
