Hi I am in great fix now. I wasn't aware of 180 days in 5 years rule. I used to plan holidays so that i am not out of country for more than 90 days in a calendar year. Aprox. 1-2 weeks before, there was a post here, where ILR has been granted for no. of days out of UK, on 424 days & 544 days also.

Hope your case should be fine as well.

You are citing the residence requirements for naturalization. ILR queries

Hi ALL,

For ILR, is there any criteria, which says, that in one year, one can not be out more than 90 days or in last one year of application, one can not be out of UK for more than 90 days?

My case is, I have travelled a lot in last one year & ILR due next month.
