Have applied on 16th April Delhi BHC and still waiting for it... People applied after me getting their visas and me still waiting.... :( Dont worry..... I am in the same as you, many people who applied after me also got there VISA before me, there was one lady I knew who had lived in the UK illegal...

Hii All, Thank U for all your support.It really means a lot to me in this difficult situation.Then about the next step, we are planning to re-apply.Eventhough we feel that they will overturn the decision during appeal, we cant say anything about the time duration.Appealing can take even 6-9 months....
