Hi and happy new year to everybody, my application status says approved on the tracker, i haven't received any approvals and my application is still pending.
please can someone amend my status on the tracker and please people stop messing up the tracker.

update on appeals

just a quick update for people who are waiting to hear about their successful appeals

i spoke to the appeals implementation unit, they have advised me that they now are dealing with appeals which were heard in november 2011, anybody whose appeals were heard in november 2011 can expect reply soon.

No appeal yet from home office

Just wanted to know, whats the next procedure after the appeal has been approved, the home office has not countered appeal the decision.

It's been more than 2 weeks and no reply from home office yet, my passport is already with Home Office and biometrics were already done.

Appeal Won

i had a hearing on the 4th November, and received a reply on the 23rd November that my appeal has been granted.
the Home Office however is given 5 days to appeal against the judge's decision and the letter is dated 21st November 2011.

when my company got shut down in july 2010, my application was with HO for Certificate of Approval so there was no need and as soon as i got my COA i married the week after so there was no need to inform

well, just simply put as i am on work permit status got married to my British spouse on 12th May 2011 and have a seven month old son i have submitted the documents on 10th August 2011 and already given my biometrics on 23rd August
