Hi,

I received my visa yesterday, i.e. 23rd Sep 2011 and I have been given 3 years visa on second extension :) , it took just 18 days.

HSMP Judicial Review Second Extension -- Which Form?

Friends, My situation is unique. I know that candidates covered by Judicial Review schema don't have to apply for second extension if the short fall for the settlement is less than 3 months. But in my case the short fall is 3.5 months and I was away from UK for 5.5 months in between, hence I believe...
