Slm No, Naila Im not in control of the spreadsheet. I was just hoping to hear good news from other people. You have made an error in the spreadsheet with my deadline. The deadline given to the ECO is 30th January 2010 and not Sept 2011. Thanx :)

the amounts u have mentioned are more than sufficient however u do need to explain any large withdrawals etc from your account

What was the deadline given for the ECO to submit their bundle by? It just seems like u got ur hearing date very quickly after lodging ur appeal

but i know that it is going to take a considerable amount ov time, the last tym we appealed, it took over a year before the visa was issued!

Lol I wish I had this good news aswel! It means they have decided to withdraw the refusal and will be asking you to submit ur passport soon so they can issue the visa. Congratulations :)

My Pakistani ID card still has my father's name on it despite being married for almost 6 years now- Iv never had it updated and it has never caused any problems

Atif as far as Im aware, therez no need for your wife to change her name.

Whenever I have applied for my husband to join me, this has never been an issue. My ID card, passport and all other documentation is in my maiden name
