hi,no i did not apply for ilr for my child as he was born here and so my new status means he can get his naturalisation and british passport(using form MN1) for the inital application.just know that he cannot travel anywhere yet until he gets it.

im not an IT manager but i faced similar situation as an engineer but was lucky that the difference between my salary and that stated in COP was little so my emplyer happily increased my salary to this effect.
Have you talked to yours about this?

hi jc and congrats on your ilr.i saw that you applied while on maternity.can you advise me if you needed to inform ukba(as part of technical change to employment) before the application especially given you were on statutory pay?kindly just advise if being on mat leave had any effect?

ilr+work permit for dependant application

hello all, does anyone who is in the work permit category and applying for ilr know if the dependant is needed to provide documents aside the cohab ones?that is, payslips,bank statement,etc?i dont think they do but just double checking.
