Bull in Stars on ILR Sticker

Hi, I recently had an ILR sticker stamped, It has a small bull printed between stars (5 stars) but on my stamp 3 of them are filled in yellow.. Intrigued what is it and if it means anything.

Hi, I have recieved my ILR (10 year long residence). I am married to a British subject. from 2001 - 2007 I was on student, 2007-2011 I have been on HSMP/Tier 1. Do I have to wait a year to apply for Naturalization? No. Does HSMP/Tier 1 period counts as requirement for residential period? Yes. So Us...
