Okay, so last time they refused you on "considerably exceeding the total limit". This time they may refuse you for "having been absent from UK for more than 90 days in a single instance" - with the same reasoning as in the first refusal. Now what to do ? I shoud wait till my vis...

What were the reason(s) for the refusal in 2009? ILR 142 days single trip fo medical but total 175 days

I am on HSMP (JR) . Total Absent from UK 175 days. One trip of more than 90 days (142 days) for medical reason. UK Tax and NI of HSMP -(JR)

I am on HSMP from 2005. My ILR was refused since I was more that 365 dasy out of country.

My visa is valid upto Jan 2012 and is decided to not to proceeds for UK PR.
What happned to my UK tax and NI deduction of last 7 year.

Can I get the same back and how .

US greencard now want to apply for UK PR (HSMP -JR)

Hi

I am on HSMP (JR). My UK PR was due in Aug 2011. I got US Greencard in August 2011. So Travel to US and comeback after 3 weeks and decided to take UK PR and British Passport.

I want to apply for UK -PR is there any problem in UK PR since I have already US greencard.
