If your employer gives you a letter then take it, otherwise dont worry much. Regards, ---------------------- Congrars....

hi the_seeker, As long as your dependents have a valid visa, the immigration officer will have to let them enter the UK. Dont always trust the solicitors. Most of them are there to make quick bucks and give you duff information. Search the forum and there are numerous cases where child born in UK is...

Re: Triplets plus one...MN1 refused!

hi mzuroojkhan, Firstly, sorry to hear about the rejection. I am not sure about to proceed in your case. But it is obvious that the solicitor gave you duff information i.e. mislead you which resulted in the visas being declined. In my opinion you must express your dissatisfaction ASAP in writing to ...

hi kmore97, I am exactly in the same boat at yours. I will be applying for my and wife's ILR next mth and plan to leave out the child and then apply for child's MN1 registeration once we get ILR. Does that mean it is now compulsory for the child to have an ILR before s/he applies for naturalisation? Also looking at this...

You would need to register the child on form mn1 before applying for their passport. Some people may want to travel straight away so they apply for child's ilr or the child may not have been born in the UK.[/quote]
