So let me Summarise:-

Regardless, how many EC on your Passport, it’s always the first EC UKBA expecting from us?
So in my Case first EC is in 2005?

Hello sushdmehta,

Thanks for your reply but all my dependent visa granted in UK only for Tier 1 visa granted in India in 2010.

So as per Technical side I got 2 EC one for student visa in 2005 and one for Tier 1 General in 2010.

Paying tax on dividend income
If you pay tax at the basic rate
You have no tax to pay on your dividend income because the tax liability is 10 per cent - the same amount as the tax credit - as shown in the earlier tables. :)

Thanks Matthew, So if I pay 20% tax on £20,000 profit is almost £4,000 tax and then again I need pay £1500 on £15,000 dividends income? It means I am paying £5,500 tax on my overall income. I am agree with u,but in UK when they mention tick.
It means anything tick or cross.
My intial tier 1 application I used cross.
So avoid confusion we need to discuss with our fellow members,

I am planning to book on-line Appointment for premium service for my Tier1 general extension.
I am selecting Tier1 general from drop down menu,

My client deposited payment in my Business Account but the problem is in Description he put down my name, now my HBC bank statement for that particular transaction showing his name and my name, it look like Joint account.

My Tier1 visa extension due in July 2012 and if I get extension then my ILR will due in July 2015.
I got my Tier1 visa in July2010, so do I need to show 5 years £35k (point based income) income or just only last 12 months income?
