So what you think my extension will be 2 years or 3 years?

My Tier-1 visa will expire on 29/07/2012 and I am planning to apply my visa on 02/07/2012.
But I am not sure if I will apply 28 days before. Can I get full 3 years extension or 28 days short?

Hello Guys, I have small company set up, so whatever the profits comes to my business account, I transfer to my Current account as a Dividend. So I think each month may be 1 or 2 divened transfer from my business account to current account. Is that ok or I will get any problem with my Tier1 extension?

So my conclusion is I need 75 points for my extension.
No matter if my earning fells from my initial application,
Am I right?

I am confused about my overall income is dropped with £5k.
I think I need 40k or more for my tier1 extension, because as per UKBA you need to prove same earning or more than your initial Tier1 application.
Is this Myth or Am I right?

When I applied my Tier 1 visa (July2010) I shown 40k earnings,
My question is can I show 35k for my extension (July2012)?
Although 35k is enough for me to cover 75 points with other criteria for Tier1 extension.
