I have tenancy agreement where we lived untill Aug-15, which says Mr & Mrs MySurname (although my wifes surname is different).

Re: Cohabitation documents

Hi,

I have my appointment day after tomorrow. So any thoughts on this would be hugely helpful. I know nobody can be 100% sure but I am just looking to see if documents list looks ok from your experience or would be better and safer if I add some others.

Many thanks.

Cohabitation documents

Hi, I am on Tier 2(general) and have ILR appointment this week. Applying using Set(O). I read in other threads we need to provide proof of cohabitation spread over the 2 years, either in joint names or in each name. One joint letter (or one letter in each name) over a 4 month period from 3 different...

Re: Cohabitation documents

Many thanks for the information.

Actually I need to apply with Set(O) and not Set(M). For Set(M), asking for these detailed proofs makes sense as it is for the Partner of a Person Present and Settled in the UK. So, the applicant needs to prove it's a genuine case of a partner.

Cohabitation documents

HI, I have read in replies on cohabitation documents that you must provide proof of cohabitation ideally spread over the 2 years, either in joint names or in each name. One joint letter (or one letter in each name) over a 4 month period from 3 different sources spread over the 2 years is the minimum...

Employer verification letter

Hi, I have been living in UK for 8+ years. Currently I am on Tier 2(general) since Oct-14... so for 2+ years. Just prior to this I was working for a different employer for about 4.5 years, out of which last 3 years were on Tier 2 (general). So I qualify for ILR now. Do I need to provide employer ver...
