Hi guys great news just finished with citizenship and told me my approval letter has been sent to me today

I rang the INIS today asking about my application the lady told me my paper was sent to the minister in early august and they have not got any reply from the minister yet.
Anybody knows how long it takes in the minister office to get a reply

i rang inis over the past 3 months and the answer was your paper with the minister for decision and we still wait.
can anybody explain to me what this mean
