Hi I am on WP ict long term since april 2009.My first entry clearance is jan 2007 on WP.After that its converted to ICT.I can not apply for ILR as company is not giving employer letter. My current visa expires in june 2013.My question is can company extend my visa after 2013 also. Kindly advise plz....

This long 7 months gap was as my wife was expecting and she went to see the family,In home country( in her 21 st week) and thats when complications started and was advised bed rest. so I had to flew back home .As my wife is only child and my in laws are old and were not able to shuffle between home ...

Hi My wife was dependent on me for last jan 2007 now she has got her work permit.I am not able to apply for ILR as there are issues with the company emloyment letter.
Can my wife apply for ILR after 6 months now or she has to wait for 5 years.

SORRY ITS A TYPO MISTAKE I M ON ICT SINCE 2009.PLZ ADV.

Does that mean that I have to wait for 12 months cooling off period??I have gone through the guidance.There is a rule of 6april 2011.But will it apply for me also as I have renewed my wp ON 13 APRIL 2011 .I am on ICT for last 8 years.My company is not ready to give ILR letter thats why dint get ILR....

I have a query.I am on wp for 8 years on n off.I am already due for ILR.My wife is on dependent visa.My query is if my wife gets her on wp and fortunately after that I get ILR.can she still get ILR immediately or she has to wait for it to get ILR??
