It looks like will have to apply for Dependent ILR again as 10 months gap is long.

I have gone through the form and it says dependent will have to pay £100 for the NHS. Will this rule be for dependents from the date after 6th April or will be for everyone?

Thank you for your reply. I thought I M in uk since 2014 only with a gap of 10 months. So I thought I qualify for ILR now.

My husband got ilr on 5 years basis. He got it 2 years before . Now I m Ilr dependent.
