Hi chimpee, u previously said ur worried because ur hubby is an overstayer. Remember I had the same prob but they cnt stop u as uve seen with my case. If ur relationship shows as gebuine they cnt deny it. Dnt worry I'm sure u will be fine. Also yes I find that the more u pay a solicitor the better.I...

Its more nerve racking when the decisions been made and they call u for collections!

Cngrtulations to everyone who have had their visas.
I have rec'd an email saying
Your application has been received at the UK Visa Application Centre and is ready for collection.

I really hope this is the last day of waiting. Hope everyone is well

Its ben 57 working days. Ye ur wait has just begun, not gna lie it does get harder but I really hope nobody has to wait too long its killeR. X

They only interviewed my hubby. They asked my dob, my qualifications, my occupation, what he did for 7 yrs, y he didn't return to india on time, and why can't I live in india.

@ password, not sure about pune, but one thing is that u have to count working days not full weeks. So its only been 40 working days.

Hi guys, just had a phone call off BHC, they interviewed my husband over the phone today. Really scared :(
They said I will gt an answer within 7 to 10 days.

Hi Chimpee, I'm not sure about the interview thing. They very rarely ask any1 for interviews now. we applied on 6th july. It was dispatched on 7th july and in delhi. Leic-vizn, I agree, they really don't do anything to help us. I was very ill and with no family to look after me in da uk (u cnt really expect friends to look after u) I sent an email asking them if they could speed up the process a little...I didn't get out of bed for days and couldn't eat anything...

See my solicitor said that our case is strong I have 95percent of documents needed. But he said there's only one thing they can try to refuse u on and that's overstaying.

U have put my mind at rest now thank you.
