My husbands visa has been accepted!!! I am soo happy and will be returning on the 10th october!

Its ben 57 working days. Ye ur wait has just begun, not gna lie it does get harder but I really hope nobody has to wait too long its killeR. X

They only interviewed my hubby. They asked my dob, my qualifications, my occupation, what he did for 7 yrs, y he didn't return to india on time, and why can't I live in india.

@ password, not sure about pune, but one thing is that u have to count working days not full weeks. So its only been 40 working days.

Leic-vizn, I agree, they really don't do anything to help us. I was very ill and with no family to look after me in da uk (u cnt really expect friends to look after u) I sent an email asking them if they could speed up the process a little...I didn't get out of bed for days and couldn't eat anything...

See my solicitor said that our case is strong I have 95percent of documents needed. But he said there's only one thing they can try to refuse u on and that's overstaying.
