Sorry to hear about your dad. I think if you call they may just say that is under consideration but you may just use that moment to explain you know the waiting period and how busy they are but the only reason you are asking about it is because your dad is under that situation. The worse that can ha...

ILR under HSMP ILR Judicial Review denied

After six months of wait the UKBA rejected my ILR application on the grounds that I have a single trip of 99 days and hence I broke the continuous residency requirement. I'm planning to appeal under compassionate grounds as I went on pilgrimage after having my wedding called off. Has anyone come acr...

re-instated as a highly skilled migrant before ILR

Hi, I had a two year HSMP visa (before nov 2007) and under the HSMP JR I got a Tier 1 (General) visa for three more years expiring at the end of this month. As I don't fulfill the criteria to get an extension or ILR uder Tier 1 (General) anymore I realised I can manage if I am under the HSMP JR (set...

Hi I'm in the same situation, I had two year of HSMP (applied before Nov 2006) and on 3 yrs of Tier 1 (G) granted under the light of the HSMP JR. I want to apply for HSMP JR for ILR but it seems I can't because my most recent visa is Tier 1. Just checked the link provided above and it says that if w...

I might be in the same situation as I have a HSMP (2 yrs) and a Tier 1 (general) granted for three years under JR. I haven't applied yet tho. From former posts it seems you apply for FLR (HSMP) and get three years. If you fulfill the requirements then you might be entitled to ILR. Could anyone confi...

Thank you Dr_raihan, I suspected both income and absences would be a problem so if the £10k salary is not a problem that is already a relieve. Hope some more insight is on the way about what to do with the absence and the options to stay. To winsome: HSMP JR = Highly Skilled Migrant Programme Judic...

ILR - HSMP JF, income lower than £10k in past year

Hi, I got an HSMP for two years then a Tier 1 extension for three. I want to apply for ILR under HSMP JF but I am not sure that I can get it as in the past year my income has been lower than £10k. I have been economically active the whole year but haven't managed to get another job and have been li...

Part of Appendix deleted, anyone has a copy?

I have been browsing the Immigration rules where paragraphs 135A-135F have been deleted. The Appendix F is till there but without P 135D-135F where the rules for HSMP ILR were. Does anyone have a copy?
