All these documents are saved on their system. The key for UKVI is UK NARIC Certificate number, your dat...

Re: Tier 1 general extension - passport gone for renewal

You can submit xerox of your passport and can send them letter along with receipt that you have submitted your passport for renewal. You can also write that you will send your passport as soon as you receive it. These days visa's are not stamped to passport but given as biometric card.

No. You can get a letter from your employer that you are away from country because of work commitments. If you company is based in uk, you are earning in UK and taxes are paid in UK then you are fine and there won't be a problem.

Re: Sponsoring a family visitor

Hi jomaps, I have guessed the reasons. He has to go back because for one we have his appeal hearing in July and would not jeopardise that ( if I look from UKBA prospective, why he need to be here when his appeal hearing is in july. He can wait some time) two - my discretionary leave to remain expire...

Re: Sponsoring a family visitor

sorry but I have to be very honest in my opinion. First of all, you have to find out the reason for first rejection. All subsequent applications will have a tag attached that it was rejected earlier because of a certain reason. Now, you have to prove that he has sufficient reason to go back. Why he ...

Re: Dependent Visa extension from India

Hi haiksuresh,

Think logically. If she is outside UK and her tier 1 is expired, it will be a new application not an extension. You can only extend if your current visa status is intact or alive. secondly, extension only happens inside a country. Outside a country is a new application.

Re: ''eligibility For Ilr'' ......please Help

Hi I would be saying No. The rule is very crystal clear that you have to be in country for 5 years (absence for holidays and work are excluded). Your first entry in this country was on 05.03.2011. The 5 year period will complete on 05.04.2016. If your leave is expiring on 28.01.16 then you have to f...

You have to apply for their FLR, its called further leave to remain. As they have entered the country after July 2012 when the rule changed from 2years to 5 years.
