hi All,

I am planning to apply for Tier 4 student visa in country.

Could you please confirm that do I need to main the first year fees in my bank account for 28 days as living expenses? I am not able to find a clear document regarding this.

My question did the employer can give COS without conducting market test. Because as per the Home office the company can issue unlimited COS if am graduated from UK.

Does it apply only for Tier 4 student visa holders? i am in tier 2 dependent visa

Until this june I have engaged full time study and now completed studies. Can't they consider me as an international student? and switch to tier 2 general without resident labour test?

Hi,

Currently I am in tier 2 general dependent visa and finished masters degree. Can i able to switch to tier 2 general visa with out need a labour market test. Because one if the employee is ready to sponsor. I mean, that i am eligible to get unrestricted COS.

Thanks for your reply. Regarding tier 2 dependent online application in India, I filled the form in online when i reached payment details page it showing the amount INR 43200 which is tier 2 main applicant fees. But it should be INR 24300 based on the fees guidance. I am sure i selected initially......

I got tier 2 G approval from home office on 16-03-2012 and also got my documents back.

But till the date I dont receive my BRP card and I mailed BRPdelivey. But I dont get any reply.

Please advice the reason for the delay or any steps do I need to take

Hi, Myself and my wife applied inside uk tier 4 visa and we got the bio-metric letter. Now i tried to book the appointment together but no dates available in Birmingham this month.
