Hi All,

MN1 has been submitted back in Nov 2022 still no response. Kids passport already expired and current tier 2 dependent visa expiring soon.

Do I have to submit the application to extend the visa?

Atleast minimum they can offer appointment within week not like after a month.


Do you know if the clock start for her decision after her bio or the day she paid the fee?

Thanks Again for all the references. The child is super talented. She is doing really well in academic and super good in sports. She does play one of the popular game of Britain and she is top 30 in the UK in her age group and county team player. Does this help her to support her application ? Thanks

She Left the uk 2017 and reapply the new dependent visa from the home country after 4 months in 2017. Do you think this will not break her continue stay in the UK?

I think those on a Tier 2 (General) visa cannot use the online refund process and must email IHSrefunds@homeoffice.gov.uk to have their request processed.

Normally email from TNT about delivery.
I am Also waiting for BRP. I Contact TNT But they haven’t got anything for me.
