Use spanish passport if ESTA is still valid, otherwise get new esta on british passport

I am assuming you are applying on NON-GB passport. It takes around 3-4 weeks to get appointment. Decision made same day.

Discretionary Leave - What form to use?

I was granted DL last year in June. Can someone advise which form to use to apply for my youngest child resident permit as he was not born when initial application was made back in 2012.

Update on hearing

HO asked for hearing to be adjourned because of change in circumstances. They wanted unlimited time to consider and I gave 4 weeks time.

Judge said next hearing in 10 weeks (keeping in mind 2 weeks off for xmas and new year holidays)

Next hearing is on 1st February 2018
