My fiancee have been friends since last 4 years. you could say more like an acquaintance. Discussing relation issues -- we both develop...

Sponsor's ILR Questioned ?

Hi, I have posted a couple of times regarding my Fiance's Visa application from BHC Mumbai. This morning we got a letter with his refusal. The reasons are 1) HO believe the sponsor's Ilr was obtained by deception. 2) I applied for ILR in Jan 2011 3) Then got divorced which was decreed in July 2011 4...

Hi Guys,

My fiancee had an Interview on 19/10/2011 and we did not get any immediate response. We have been asked to wait 7 to 10 working days. We have had to push our wedding date ahead. :(

I am just depressed with the way things have turned out :(

Hi Chimpee,

Thanks for you advice. I have found a big list of questions over the internet. We both are going through this now.

Its just that, its awefully scary and stressful, the period to the interview. I cant wait for all this to be over.

Just praying to God relentlessly.

These holidays are a killer as well. Apparently there are so many holidays in India now when UKBA does not function. That delays the whole process. The whole timeline is soooooo depressing. Sometimes i wonder if they can be accussed of violating basic human rights. They grant work visas in a week, a...
