Re: Overstayer administrative removal

He is from Algeria. I thought you had to have proof of leave to remain to get a new passport in the country you are in? He claimed a few years ago on social media that he had not been able to leave to see his mother because he did not have his passport. I suppose perhaps he just knows if he leaves h...

Re: Overstayer administrative removal

Frontier Mole - thank you for that information! All these years I did not know that! That's so good to know. So I suppose if he is still there is simply living the overstayer life. If he's been deported or removed I wish I had that peace of mind. The last thing I know he was convicted of harassment ...

Re: Overstayer administrative removal

Well it was UKVI that told me he was likely making a human rights claim. He is on social media but its not revealing much. Data privacy prevails. Ive tried everything i can think of. UKVI would not deal with you I guess, for data privacy reason. There are no tribunals deciding human rights applicati...

Overstayer administrative removal

Is there a way to know if a person has been removed? I sponsored a person who was then convicted of crimes against me and the UVKI refused his visa feb 11, 2018. They advised he would likely try to use his child as a means of making a human rights claim. This would be impossible to prove their was a...

Re: Tier 1 General Dependent - which form? Expires july 18!

No. The letter says `'Your application is valid but there are further enquiries that need to be made on your case and as such your application has been passed to a team where these enquiries can be made." He did have a civil judgement three years ago and they confirmed that they have the detail...

Re: Tier 1 General Dependent - which form? Expires july 18!

Thank you CR011. We went on July 18 to a premium appointment at Croydon. At 7:30pm they told us that they could not process his application that day - need more time and would be in touch in a few days. We still haven't heard anything which is stressing my husband enormously. We tried going to check...

Tier 1 G Dependent to ILR (50 days short of 5 yrs)

Hello I came to the UK on a Tier 1 General - afterward I met my husband and brought him here on a Tier 1 spouse visa. When I renewed my ILR he had to renew his Tier 1 (because it was issued with the same expiration date as my second Tier 1 visa). His visa will expire 21 JUL but he won't qualify for ...

Re: Applying for ILR from Tier 1 General visa - less than 5

My husband will need to apply to extend his Tier 1 General spouse visa for 3 years (since we got married a couple days af...
