thanks for your reply i have contacted one registry office they said i cant give notice without my passport, i want to know if this is right because ive seen people on this forum saying they got married with other forms of id which i do have aswell

hello i have a problem i made an application for a residence card on the basis of eea national partner which was refused because my marriage was not legally valid... before my application came back me and my eea partner has split up anyway and i started seeing someone else who is a british national ...

well i got more documents to support the recognition of the marriage from my home country and thats what i used for my new application , but since the first refusal it had put a strain on our relationship which led to us separating

ill be married for a year in june and no i havent started divroce proccedings

thats why am asking ? i want to get a divorce from my wife.. but my fear is that since i have a pending application do i have to request for my documents back stating my circumstance has changed but since i dont have a current valid leave to remain would it not be a bad move ? its confusing for me

hey guys i have this problem with the HO about my application. i made an eaa2 application in june, using my a marriage certificate issued from my home country .. the HO refused my application saying that they cant accept the certificate because the date me and my wife signed it i wasnt in my country...
