T2 paper application form 04/15

Hi all, looks like the form has been withdrawn from 12th November. I am greatly confused what in this brilliance should a client now do, who already has a standalone appointment booked for Tier 2 on 4th December? 12th November + 21 days = 3rd December, the best I can count. That's a rethoric questio...

Re: Child born abroad to settled parent

I am concerned that apparently your wife and child have not already switched to FLR M. They basically have no leave now IMHO. They may have cards that say Aug 2016 but they would now be invalid. Their tier 1 dependent leave would not survive your settlement. So in order to avoid any controversy and ...

Re: Tier-2 to Tier-2 Job Change, Dependents' Visa Curtailed

This had happened to a client of mine. The woman was switching employers in Feb and came to me asking if the husband needs to file any applications. I said no he doesn't. In July, he received a similar curtailment -- well, it initially mistakenly said Tier 4, then there was a SAR, PAP and MP letters...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur coming changes

By the way can someone here with contacts write to our friends at MAC and ask the what's up with that famous report that never came? Are we still even expecting me? I am starting to feel that individual MAC employees have been suddenly instructed not to communicate with me because HO now considers m...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur coming changes

Secretary of State/government changes immigration rules. They also don't change them over night, there is a lengthy process they have to follow and usually have to give about 40 days public notice of impending changes/fee increases etc. Most changes (big serious ones and fees) come into effect in A...

Re: PEO booking for ILR where ?

Absolutely not Croydon. It has got better but it is not for complex cases, sole trader cases are rare and you need specialists considering them They only have specialists like this in Sheffield, and you should not even consider anywhere else. A complex case by definition for Tier 1 settlement - ONLY...

there is no online application you print out and post it one application each I suggest "one application -- one covering letter -- one set of documents", including obtaining two sets of bank statements if possible but in theory of course you should be able to send them together with one co...

Ok i dragged my husband to royal mail's sorting office at 6.30am to get this letter. They've sent back our application for us to re-sign & send it back to them as we were on holiday during 250/3/2010 to 09/04/2010. Our application reached HO on 08/04/2015 & they said we couldn't apply befor...

EHIC is just evidence of coverage that exists under an EU treaty, not coverage -- the letters should have been accepted this is a known problem and has been covered in some policy papers it is also known that some A8 countries did not actually issue ehics immediately after accession if you were a st...

Just to confirm - if my wife applied with that expired passport without renewing it then this will no way hinder the naturalization application? The fact that my wife is in the UK whilst her passport is expired should be obvious in terms of the residency requirements and how much time she has spent...
