They have come every year for the last 6 years and stayed for about 2.5 to 3 months and never overstayed.. could it be an error ? Parents only issued 6 months visitors visa

Hello Friends

My parents applied for a 10 year visa but only got a six month visa. Could that be an error ?

They last time got a 5 year visa with no issues. Is there a way to appeal for the visitors visa ?

Naturalization for me and my child on ILR

Me and my child were granted ILR in May 2011, my wife was granted ILR ( 5 years work permit) in Feb 2013.

I am planning to get British citizenship for me and my child now. What are the next steps please ? Can we apply for it together ? Thanks for your help.
