Is this the same for children? I am applying for my children aged 6, and 8. I qualify for ILR in 2014. So does this mean I need to apply for dependents visas for them after I get ILR

I think it would be prudent to maintain it while case is still being considered just in case its declined and you need to appeal or reapply

I have tried for 2 days I can see the appoinments but by the time I fill in my date of birth and click confirm the appointment will have gone. So going to try again next week.

can you still work while they process the application. i have been trying with no luck, might end up applying by post, my maintence money gets to 90 days just 2 weeks before visa expires
