English Requirement for naturalisation.

Hi Team,

I got my y ILR last year this year I need to apply for naturalisation and passport. As my degree is taught in English which is proved as per Tire 1 General point calculator. Do I still need to do anything for English language?

In naturalization form date and place of birth of the parents is asked. If this information is not available due to some reason. what should be done.

Hi Team

I got Leave to remain (work permit) visa on Mar 2012 based on human right/Legacy case.
Q1. Can I bring my family. As my wife is living alone in my home country.
Q2. Which visa should i apply next. i.e extend the same visa or ILR ?

Hi Team,

I am in UK or Tier 1 (General) with my family.
I have completed 5 years in UK. I need to apply for ILR. My Question is
Can i apply for ILR with appointment and my dependent with post once i got ILR? By doint this i think i can save some money which goes in fee.

Hi Team,
I am on Tier 1 Visa. Next year i have o apply for ILR. I know I just have to give Live in UK test and English language test is not required. But i am not sure if My dependent spouse has to do only Life i UK test or she have to give english test also.
