You have to leave before your visa expires and come back with a new visa before 6 months.

Hi Im going to apply ILR based on long residency 10 year rule this September. one of my extension application was supposed to finish on 14-03-2005 so I submitted student application on 11-03-2005 which was in time. And it was refused on 07-04-2005 due to applying short course for more than 2 years....

Ok that means I can apply for dependent visa if I apply from outside the UK. Further what about ACCA, is it considered as NQF 7 as on the home office website it says that you can only bring dependents if: -you are studying on a course which lasts more than one year. -And the course should be NQF 7....
