I think you should get a new Cos and file a new application. for an appeal you will need the one you have to be corrected if that is possible. This letter from your employer will not be accepted because its not consistent with ukba procedures. They will not consider new evidence at an appeal.

You should also apply for a SAR to see when the outcome of the initial application was decided. People are usually given 10 days to file an appeal. I am not sure if this counts as extant leave if you do not file an appeal, but it might be worth investigating as it would reduce the number of days out...

Just wondering, why VISA processing from UK is 100% slower than most of the countries?. Is it due to slow work culture of UK?. Or UKBA (UK border agency) is lazy? or they have strict quota per month/week which they are required process every month/week?. Any answers/ reason  Do you have any e...

I would not apply for PSW based on ACCA. Looks very dodgy. And if your visa would be refused, and it could be refused even based on false deception, you can be banned from UK for 10 years. And also EU/US/Canada/Australia/New Zealand... Looks very unreliable and risky... Why would it be cons...

This information is in a format of tax payed per year which makes it near impossible to tell if the p...
