In order to obtain the visa in 2011, they should have shown they are independent and that they should return to their home country. How can I know when it was sent based on the reference? My ref ends up with 11, does that mean it was in year 11? Mate if I was you, I would ring them up directly, the ref number or case ID number is mentioned on the COA, ring them up and request for your RC. You'll need to push HO to get answers. ...
