i just wanted to find out,if you have had your passport back after winning your appeal on the 30th october.mine was allowed on the 14th oct,and no news.my passport was also retained by the enforcement

my appeal is allowed for dlr.however,as i lost my job,and i am aware of how long it takes for ukba to implement an appeal.is it ok to claim benefits to tide me over,as i have two kids and i need to provide for them.
