As in past 3 months, you have shown earnings of £1737 per month, I don't think this should be any problem. Did they give you any reason for with holding your application?

I have booked for PEO appointment for SET M at Croydon for my Wife and children (2) in end of May. I hold ILR. I got a similar doubt, if I would be allowed along with them. As such my case appear to be straight forward. Application is SET M for my wife and 2 Kids. Completing 2 years on spouse visa by June.

This is really painful. Is this happening only in Croydon? I am planning to book for appointment in the end of May. Just confused whether to opt for Croydon or Birmingham.

I am also applying for my wife's ILR (+2 dependents) using SETM form at the end of May. I didn't see any such requirement of employer's letter. Is it not sufficient to submit last 3 month's payslips and bank statements ?
