I wish Atw is right! I don't see any problem getting a employer letter. My only concern is that Does HO contact employer to confirm continuation of employment?

What is FLR? Is it something about stamp on your passport?
My understanding was that once you get WP you can start working immediately. If all process is taking 12-16 weeks then no employer would hire me!
