Implication of Incorrect Address on Application

Hi, I recently applied for British citizenship through the local Council checking service. I was in such a hurry finalising the form prior to the appointment I decided (rightly or wrongly) to leave off an address here in the UK where I had lived for a month during the last five years. All other aspe...

Thanks for your reply. Very much appreciated. Just one more question: (apologies I keep thinking of more) Q: If I apply while unemployed, with all other criteria being OK, is this likely to be a problem? (As I may not have a job to go to immediately after returning to the UK from OZ and I would like...

I am planning to go back to Australia for a couple of months for family reasons in early 2013. My ques...

Leave Without Pay - During the Five Year Period

I am very keen to apply for Idefinite Leave to Remain as I have been employed permanently in the UK since January 2007, initially on a Work Permit and currently on a Tier 2 General. I did spend 85 days in my country of origin, Australia, on leave without pay in late 2010, early 2011. I was continual...

Hi, I may to be eligible to apply for LTR in January 2012 as I started work in the UK in January 2007. However I took roughly 3 months unpaid leave off work last year to visit Australia which is where I'm from. This amounted to a total of 85days outside the UK and was leave without pay while still b...
