My Advice would be to carry the accountants letter, Company formation certicate and relavant HMRC letters. Not drawing the dividends from the company would not make you stand apart from rest of the directors. I was too drawing only the salary still I was asked to produce the company related docs dur...

This too after producing a letter of explanation for that difference from my employer!! CW refused t...

QuickSam is right. I had my application on 19th Dec2011 at Croydon PEO through a solicitor. Although it was a PEO application i had to wait for 3 days before they made the decision. Even mine was pretty straight forwrd application. The cause was mainly the back logs they had to clear. I think it sho...

I am shocked, to say the least! Given this, IMHO, UKBA should include the following statement in the policy guidance (and in bold) - "UKBA's caseworkers are not permitted to use common sense when assessing applications"!!! I know it is very sad. even my solicitor said as per the policy gu...

Did the CW give you the option of proceeding with your application if mismatched earnings are reduced to zero (provided you still make the income criteria) ? I didnt get you exactly, but how could you reduce it to zero while CW is sitting next to you. They were not even ready to consider the rest o...

I am sent back at PEO croydon for salary net figure and corresponding Bank credit miss match of just 15p!! Thanks John for your reply.
I spoke to my accountant he still says we can claim it as expenses and save the tax on that money.

Also please do you think the above docs are enough? and in PEO do we have to carry the photocopies of all the docs?

Thanks in advance for your expert advice
