you see... the only reason i applied through solicitor was because I had repeated been told by INIS and by Immigration office in burgh quay that stamp 2 does not qualify for reckonable residency no matter what. And i used a friend who is a solicitor to file it on my behalf to try to convince them. ...

Further/advanced processing team.

I think we should getting letters from them soon. I applied nov 2011 and got ref number jan 2012 and I've been told my application is with the minister for a decision. :) I'm banking on being called for 15th october ceremony... Woohoooo :)

Once your wife receives her visa to enter ireland, she will be given a a few months to ENTER the state. The visa is only for entering Ireland.
