NO.

they will ALWAYS send the approval to the applicants address. at the same time they send a copy of the letter to the solicitor/representative.

i received my approval letter.
i made a copy of the letter and a colour copy of GNIB.
will be traveling to thailand and istanbul over the next 3 weeks.
whats the worst they could do?
i believe there shuld be no problems.!

thats exactly what happened to me. i renewed my stamp 4 as i had to eave the country and my re entry visa had expired. and the next day i received my approval letter.
400 for GNIB and re entry
950 for cert

all in 2 days :P

Yup i got my aproval last thursday!

Applied 1st Nov 2011 ( 9 yrs stamp 2)
Ref number: late Jan 2012

No communication since then

Approval: 26th June 2013

Now waiting for ceremony. :D
