Re: NATURALISATION FROM INDEFINITE LEAVE TO ENTER

I simply replied to the question asked. Someone asked the status of their mum.

Re: NATURALISATION FROM INDEFINITE LEAVE TO ENTER

Their mum has indefinite leave to remain but it is my own name that is append on their visas not their mum’s. Their mum is qualified for naturalisation but she just hasn’t apply. Can their mum claim benefit for them even though I am the one that signed the SU form?

Thank you.

NATURALISATION FROM INDEFINITE LEAVE TO ENTER

Hello, I have 2 daughters who just entered on Settlement visa with Indefinite Leave to Enter. One is 12 and the other is 18. How long can they have to stay on this visa before they can naturalise? Also, I signed an SU Form form them while making their applications. Does it mean that I can't claim ch...

SETTLEMENT VISA BUT FORM SU FILLED

Sir/Madam, Could someone clarify my children's status for me, please? Not really status but whether they can claim benefit or not. When I applied for settlement for them from outside the UK, I filled a Sponsorship Undertaking (SU) form that I will accommodate and support them. They have issued them ...

FLR(O) 'PARTNER'

Hello, Could someone please, tell me if an applicant can claim to have a partner when he is married with another lady? I entered the UK with my wife in 2005 and we are still married. I have a baby (Sept 2013) with a British lady and I just submitted an extension application on FLR(0). Home Office ju...

FLR(O) OTHERS

Hello All, The HO has discontinued Discretionary Leave but the application form is said to be for other applications not covered by the categories listed. Normally, it used to be discretionary leave but now, what could one say that he/she want to apply for. I guess Humanitarian protection is one. Wh...

It is not the biometric enrolment that is the problem but I am just finding a way to challenge their ruthlessness with me. I applied on SET(0) on 30 October 2008 and this year, they wrote me that they would give me visa valid till 23 July 2013 and that I should go and enrol my biometric. Its the dur...

BIOMETRIC REGISTRATION

Hello, I need a clarification as to whether an applicant who applied when there is no Biometric Registration and whose application is still being treated by UKBA could be asked to enrol her biometric by force. This seems to me like retrospectively applying a rule. When I made my SET(O) application i...

PERMISSION TO APPEAL OUT OF TIME

Sir/Madam, I had my judicial review hearing yesterday. Before then, the Secretary of State already sent me a new notice of decision but they again refuse my application but this time with right of appeal. I did not submit the appeal form because the hearing has been fixed already. At the hearing yes...

Tx so MUCH Obie. I am handling it myself. As at yesterday, I was told that the paperwork is being prepared for it to go before a judge for a decision on whether it should go to hearing or not. They wrongly refused my application and the tribunal invalidated my appeal. Now, both of them now realised ...

JUDICIAL REVIEW - CONTEMPT OF COURT

Could someone advice me on what to do please? I made an application for judicial review and the home office offered to settle out of court but their offer is not welcomed to me as they only want to reconsider my application which I am sure, they will refused my application straight away. Their solic...
