Hi,
No she change her status as independent category which is tier 1
from 2012 to september 2013.
2005 to 2011 she was student dependant.
yes u r right I got it long residence category.

Hi,
Thanks for reply.
Her Current Leave as ILR Dependant.which will expire end od 2016.
She applied for it last september2013 and got it in November.
She first enter in uk end of 2005 as a student dependant.

Hi, I have some query related benefit. I m ILR holder. My wife is my dependant. she will apply for ILR after 2 year which is end of 2015. hi,friends, i provided all necessery documents. my lawyer already sent pre action protocol letter against refusal.and requested them to reconsider my application.otherwise we wll go for jr. they replied and ask us to if we not go for jr then they will reconsider my application. plz give your opinion...

as i m in employment and self emplyment both. i got all claim points.
but eco said my self employment invoice could n't varify.
thats why they refuse my application.
