So it means my wife and I have to fill seperate AN form and my son has to fill MN1 form.
Do I need referee for all three of us? Any British citizen can be referee for us?

Guys just noticed they have released new version of SET (O) form which is 12/2013

I have only one week left for PEO appoinment.

Should I now fill this new form SET (O) 12/2013?

I am on tier 1 (general 3 + 2) visa.

Thanks all for clearing this.

I was mainly confuse because I met 3 different solicators in my local are and 2 said I have to do extension first and 1 said I can go for ILR. Two different answers from solicators really bugging me off.

I think I am clear now.

Thank for the link D4109125, If I have understand it correctly, it means All applicants, regardless of of when they applied for their leave, will be subject to the new English language and Life in UK test requirements if they apply for ILR after October 2013.
