does any one know if after six months they actually tell you the reason why is it taking long or how far the application has been processed?

can anyone advise on what to do! i requested passports earlier in jan! still no RC , close to 6 months period! getting very impatient now...

i have sent 3 emails to ask for RC as i am travelling this week! they emailed back saying your request has been forwarded to the dept handling your case! i am 18 days short of 6 months period!!!!

i requested both our passports back! and i called home office twice this week just to find out that they cant give any information as the application is still under process! how long .... how long ....

No idea. My guess is good as yours. On what basis did you apply for RC? Any immigration history which will make the HO to examine your case more? They should issue the RC within 6 months and have improved a lot compared to previous years in meeting this. i applied for eea2 , i am married to lithuan...
