Yes it means your application for Sponsor License has been approved and you have been by default assigned the 1 certificate of sponsorship.

Just for information I want to know; "If someone got 10 years Visitor Visa how long can he/she stay in UK?? I have idea about 6 month but don't know whether it is per Journey or in 12 months??

Actually I came under Tier 2 (General) in June 2011 with Company A, and now I am getting an Offer from Company B with same salary and same job. DO i have to go came to my home country or i can change the sponsor with UK.
