My friend has exactly the same issue but the ILR was granted. I don't believe you will have issues as long as you have a valid police certificate.

Guys, do we need to show a proof of cohabitation? Where can I read about this on UKBA website? Didn't find anything in immigration rules. Also, do we need to show proof for the last 2 years or 5 years? My wife came to the UK in 2011 but if I put the 2013 date (the date I first got Tier 2 Gen) in her...

Re: ILR questions

Fair enough. They are unlikely to change anything this time of the year and most likely not retrospectively. You should be fine, especially if your form is done online. Well they changed some of the SOC code salaries 2 years ago in September. No guarantee they won't this year. Just don't want to ge...

So, if I book my application 42 days in advance and, obviously, pay for priority service and then Home Office suddenly change any regulations in that 42 days that will affect my ILR application (for ...

If you are worried about these questions, use the paper form instead as it doesn't have them.
Nah I prefer the online one, this is definitely not the most complicated answer.

I am just very curious that paper-based is so much different from online!
