no benefis issue at all. it's just unemployment and doesn't have any tax record in HMRC for that period.

Yes, i did receive the covering letter stating that this new way of provding statement to customer. I think that's a good idea to take it with me.

Good catch. it should be dd/mm/yyyy The correct date is 20/12/2006 for the first time WP was issued/stamped. The Date of Entry is 17/02/2007.
