Really sorry to hear about the refusal. That's really shocking! I pray they over turn their decision. We are still expecting a decision on my hubby's one. British wife and child.
When did you apply? Did they request for more documents?

Whilst we are awaiting for our visas guys, a good thing to do is to start brainstorming on business ideas, developing your skills preparing for the arrival of the VISA so that it can be maximised to the fullest.

It's really sad they refused your application. I pray the appeal goes through. I have been through appeal myself (2 years ago i think) and thank God I'm now a British citizen. Just remain hopeful and stay confident.

My hubby applied for FLR o last year and we are still waiting.

The time frame for EEA4 processing seems to be very quick.

I pray i get my positive response very soon too. Application received by the HO on 4th October, COA received 14th November.

I am positive that it shall be well by God's grace.

Congrats amazighman, pray you receive a positive response soon. I am still waiting to receive mine (COA), it was only posted out to me yesterday.

My solicitor advised that the PR usually about takes about 3 months to process. It shall be well. Goodluck all.

I called the HO today and I was told that my COA has been posted to my solicitor today 10th nov. So hopefully I should receive it by end of next week - since they post via second class.

Called HO yesterday and was told that my application has not been validated. I urgently require my COA for my job
